Today, Client Support Software’s CRM has upgraded the default AI Analysis model in our CRM from OpenAI’s o3-mini to the newly released o4-mini. This transition brings significant improvements in performance and efficiency, all while maintaining the current pricing structure.


Why o4-mini?

OpenAI’s o4-mini is a compact yet powerful reasoning model optimized for speed and cost-efficiency. It delivers impressive results in complex tasks, particularly in coding, mathematics, and visual analysis .


Key Enhancements

Improved SQL Generation: o4-mini demonstrates superior performance in coding tasks, achieving a 54.6% success rate on the SWE-bench Verified benchmark. 

Enhanced Analysis of Call Logs and Client Reviews: With its advanced reasoning capabilities, o4-mini excels in processing and analyzing call log transcriptions and client reviews, providing more accurate and insightful summaries within the Client Management Application (CMA).

Multimodal Understanding: o4-mini can interpret and reason with visual inputs, such as charts and diagrams, enhancing its ability to analyze complex data sets.


No Change in Pricing

Despite these advancements, the transition to o4-mini does not affect our pricing. Clients will continue to enjoy the same cost structure while benefiting from the enhanced capabilities of the new model.
